What if you could experience an entire training
in a hands-on environment where you will grow,
experience, and learn at your own pace?
Experience the opportunity to take a risk without consequences and test strategies in real life scenarios so when you leave the training room you will be able to immediately apply them to your individual situation whether it’s a personal or professional situation.
Most trainings, workshops, or seminars teach you through 100% lecture and note taking.
Research shows you will FORGET about 97% of the concepts and have LIMITED KNOWLEDGE of how to apply what you heard.
Each student learns at their own level vs the entire group being expected to learn the same lessons at the same pace. You will walk away transformed and remembering the concepts you learned because you learned through experience and doing.
It’s about immersing you into the content through simulated exercises & games…
…which give you the confidence and experience to readily apply the tools you learn directly to your business, your job, and your day to day life – while having FUN!
The result? When you experience the training through playing games and interacting with others, your learning goes much deeper. You remember it because you are experiencing the information rather than passively listening to it. It gets ingrained into your body and mind, so not only do you remember it, you use it and implementation becomes automatic.
Experiential — Educational — Innovative
Hands-On — Engaging — Fun

The Center for Creative Leadership did its Lessons of Experiences research on how leaders best learn, grow and change over the course of their careers. Their results have been called the “70/20/10” rule which suggests that successful leaders through three clusters of experience.
• 70% from experiences such as challenging assignments
• 20% through relationships
• 10% through coursework or training
While this study suggests that only 10% of learning comes from coursework or lecture style training, the majority of training and education is still done in this manner. DVI has taken the 70/20/10 approach and applied it the way we teach and train.
