Would you like to have success and become a better version of yourself? I think it’s something we should all be striving for and many people work towards that on a regular basis but just as many do not. Often times people attend seminars, read books, invest in coaches, counselors or other programs to do one thing; become a better version of themselves.

Becoming a better version of who we are should be something we continually do. Constant and never ending improvement is a way of life for me. I learn new things all the time.

As a speaker I have learned a lot and continue to improve with each presentation. The same goes for my Think Like A Negotiator Live Training. I have done it several times now and although it was good the first time, it is so much better now. I remember my first few radio interviews. They certainly did not flow as well as they do now. I’m sure you can find the evidence of things like this in your own life.

When I first learned to ride a motorcycle I lacked confidence in my abilities but as I continued to ride my confidence grew. I often talk about how confidence is the number one thing you need to be a good negotiator. Confidence is captivating and If you have confidence in your ability to negotiate, you are less likely to get taken advantage of or be on the loosing end of the deal.

The thing that holds people back the most is the hesitation to do the work to become a better version of themselves. The power is in the work and you will not get anywhere without doing the work to get success. It can and most likely will be uncomfortable doing the work the make a shift in your life. I know it was for me and that’s what keeps most people from doing the work, the fear that it will be too much for them to handle. You’ve probably heard the adage that God will never put more on you than you can handle and the follow on to that of “I wish he didn’t trust me to handle so much!.”

Too many times people trust in a one fix all solution to make them a success or to solve their problems. You’ve heard it before right? If you just go to this seminar or work with that coach you will be an overnight success. While working with coaches and getting training is very important, there is not one “light switch” solution where you flip a light switch and get instant success or an overnight solution.

Keep moving forward and doing the work. To become a better negotiator and a better version of yourself I recommend you joining us at the Think Like A Negotiator Live Training. Click on the event tab on the website for more info. Also, check out this video about the opportunity to negotiate with the expert.

While I cannot guarantee instant success, the outcome you will have or the amount you will save from coming to the Think Like A Negotiator Live training, I will guarantee that if you play full out and do the work in the training room, you will be a better version of yourself when you complete the training.

Research any successful entrepreneur and you will find that they did an extensive amount of work to get where they are. We are in a microwave society where instant success is the name of the game but in reality is not attainable. What’s the solution? Keep doing the work, train your mindset to focus on the positive and work with those coaches and go to those seminars that will make you a better version of who you are today and take you to the next step for tomorrow.
