NEGOTIATION TIP – The importance of Building Relationships First – I prefer to shop at a local individually owned nursery for plants. Why? Because they want to know my name, are friendly and care who I am as a person. They educate me about things I don’t know about. Previously I have been to the same big brand stores for plants etc, several times. The same people see me come in and could care less about me, have a scowl on their face like they are miserable being there and ignore me and everybody else that walks in there. Relationships are important for business and for life. Build Relationships First.
